What is the WCIC?
The Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference, or WCIC, is a gathering of nearly 2,000 cheese industry leaders, suppliers, marketers and more. These influencers will gather to share information about the latest in cheese technology, new products, whey opportunities, product safety, marketing and additional issues affecting our industry. The event is hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR).
All conference events, including the Thursday evening Awards Banquet, will be held at the Alliant Energy Center, 1919 Alliant Energy Way, Madison, Wisconsin 53713.
