NEW! Crumblers and Crumble Lines

HART’s Crumblers and Crumble Lines are built to enhance production capabilities by reducing cheese into consistent “crumbles,” ensuring uniformity and high throughput.

Each line integrates a series of component machines that work together to streamline the infeed, crumbling, and discharge processes, culminating in a seamless, fully automated solution.
 

Component Machines

  • A Crumble Line has an Infeed Conveyor loading product to the Crumbler.
  • The Crumbler reduces cheese into “crumbles”.
  • An Anti-Caking Agent Dispenser has a volumetric feeder that meters anti-cake and dispenses it over the crumbled product
    cheese.
  • Crumbled cheese (with anti-cake agent) is conveyed to the Tumble Drum which rotates to tumble product.
  • Product exits the Tumble Drum, Crumbled cheese (with anti-cake agent) continues to downstream process.

Capacities for the Crumblers and Crumble Lines are customizable and depend on the operator, product size, and environmental factors, offering flexibility for a range of cheese types and production environments.
