2-, 3-, & 4- Stage Stackers
Stack multi-ribbon cheese loaves with up to 20 loaves per minute for three-stage output with 60 loaves per minute infeed with the HART Design & Manufacturing 2-, 3- and 4-Stage Stackers.
HART Designs and Builds its Polished Stainless Steel, 2-, 3- and 4-Stage Stackers to USDA Dairy Standards to Ensure Reliability and Hygienic Conditions for Your Process Cheese Production

The standard HART stacker takes two multi-ribbon cheese loaves and stacks them into one finished multi-ribbon cheese loaf. A third-stage stacking option can also be added to stack three loaves into one. For example, the two-stage stacker can take 20 or 21 ribbon stacks and combine them to create a 40- or 42-ribbon stack. The three-stage stacker can take the same ribbon stacks and create a triple stack.
Adjustable Stacker Speed
Speed of the stacker is adjustable to a maximum two-stage output capacity of 30 loaves per minute at 60 loaves per minute infeed and a maximum three-stage output of 20 loaves per minute at 60 loaves per minute infeed. The maximum finished loaf height is 4.5 inches and length of 14.0 inches.
