  • Cooling has very important function for the quality and the shelf life of the product
  • Variable-length and width according to the product and the hourly output
  • Transport system in order to avoid the crushing of the product
  • Cooling down the product is fast and simple without thermal shocks


  • Entirely constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel
  • A set of grids built with a perforated sheet in the vat
  • Thanks to the moving of the pneumatic cylinders allow the progress of the product
  • An extraction belt placed at the end of the vat collects and discharges the cooled product into the vat for the next processing phase
  • The movement of the grids and consequently the progress of the product have adjustable speed
  • Length and width of the vat to be calculated according to the production and cheese to cool
  • The cooling water temperature is controlled by a thermoregulator
  • Water circulation by an electro pump
  • Plate heat exchanger to maintain a constant cooling temperature avoiding the thermal shocks in the product
  • The vat is equipped with adjustable feet all its length
  • Manual valves for the flow adjustments
  • The vat is built with wide bends to avoid the stick of the product
