TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel or AISI 316 L optional
  • Stirring and cutting system guarantees gentle and effective curd treatment
  • Heating / cooling system by steam / water jets inside the jacket
  • Double jacket heating by steam or hot water
  • Stirring is soft to treat curd efficiently and gently, in order to reduce fat losses in the whey and to avoid points of curd blocking in the bottom
  • Air insulation with double wall and interstice
  • Semi-automatic control panel (as standard) in stainless steel, with protectionIP55, a digital indicator to display “rpm” and the product temperature
    • Man-way with safety grid and security switch
    • Milk feeding line and CIP connection

    • Driving unit on the vat top
