TECHNICAL FEATURES

- Stirring and cutting system guarantees gentle and effective curd treatment
- Heating / cooling system by steam / water jets inside the jacket
- Double jacket heating by steam or hot water
- Stirring is soft to treat curd efficiently and gently, in order to reduce fat losses in the whey and to avoid points of curd blocking in the bottom
- Air insulation with double wall and interstice
- Semi-automatic control panel (as standard) in stainless steel, with protectionIP55, a digital indicator to display “rpm” and the product temperature
- Man-way with safety grid and security switch
- Milk feeding line and CIP connection
