Global Cheese Technology Forum 2017

The 2017 Global Cheese Technology Forum (GCTF) is an opportunity for those in the cheese and whey manufacturing industries to learn and discuss our role in today’s global economy. This event will bring the cheese industry, including management, production, R & D, sales/marketing, quality assurance and suppliers together. Some topics that will be discussed include cheese microbiology and chemistry, cheese ingredients, cheese processing technology, new market opportunities, whey processing and applications. Finally, there will also be a CEO panel discussion on cheese and whey challenges.
HART Design & Manufacturing will be attending the 2017 GCTF which will be held at the Peppermill Resort in Reno, Nevada from October 24-26, 2017.
