HART wheel cutters cover your cutting needs from simple vertical cut to multistage cutting for exact and random weight wedges or other shapes. Depending on the application, our cutters will use pneumatic or hydraulic driven wires or knives to cut through any type of cheese. Even Parmesan is no problem for HART’s robustly built cutters.
