With optional log cutting equipment, Hart Design can create lines that go from 40# blocks to exact weight of chunks or slices efficiently and cost effectively.

It has Ultrasonic Knife Options, 3-D Scanning Options, an Auto Log Cutting Option, and an Auto Feed for Packing Lines.
