Tumble Barrel – Shred Line

HART Design’s Tumble Barrel is designed to prevent the cheese/product from damage and also to aid in the blending of multiple shredded cheeses while it is being processed through the Shred Line.

The HART Cheese Shred Lines can Convert 640 lb. Blocks of Cheese into Shredded or Diced Product at a Rate of up to 12,000 lbs/hr. The Food Service Shred Line can Convert 640 lb. Blocks of Cheese into Shredded or Diced Product at a Rate of up to 24,000 lbs/hr.
