Contact Forms
Data Used: Akismet is enabled on the site, the contact form submission data — IP address, user agent, name, email address, website, and message — is submitted to the Akismet service (also owned by Automattic) for the sole purpose of spam checking. The actual submission data is stored in the database of the site on which it was submitted and is emailed directly to the owner of the form (i.e. the site author who published the page on which the contact form resides). This email will include the submitter’s IP address, timestamp, name, email address, website, and message.
Data Synced: Post and post metadata associated with a user’s contact form submission. If Akismet is enabled on the site, the IP address and user agent originally submitted with the comment are synced, as well, as they are stored in post meta.
Analytics
We use third-party Service Providers, including but not limited to Google Analytics, to monitor and analyze the use of our Site.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Site. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Site available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google Analytics is a tool that helps us measure how users interact with website content. The data that Google Analytics uses to provide all the information in our reports comes from these sources:

Who on Our Team Has Access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Site Managers can access information like your name, email address, company name, and other information you provide. Our team members have access to contact form information submitted to help fulfill requests and support you.
How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain personal data collected or processed by the website to provide you with the best possible experience. We keep contact form entries and analytics records indefinitely or for as long as necessary to provide you with support and fulfill requests.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We don’t structure our website to attract young children, and we never collect or use the information of users we know are under 13. If we discover such information, we’ll delete it immediately.
