TECHNICAL FEATURES
- It is suitable for molding soft pasta filata cheeses which are mainly round in shape when it is required a high hourly production

- An electrically heated jacket allows the product to be kept constantly at the ideal molding temperature
- 4 augers diameter 150 mm built-in AISI 304 stainless steel
- Molding roller diameter 245 mm, 650 mm long, built-in polyethylene high density, certified for food contact
- The molding rollers and augers are speed adjustable
- The parts in contact with the product are entirely Teflon-coated in order to be non-stick
- Electrical control panel manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel IP 65 protection
- Thermoregulatorwith a digital display to control the temperature inside the jacket
