TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel, the kneader is suitable for cooking and stretching in batches of soft pasta-filata products such as bocconcini, mozzarella and fiordilatte, or for cooked pasta-filata products such as silani, provoloncini and caciocavalli.
  • Different models are available with capacity production per batch min. 30 Kg up to max. 200 Kg.
  • The machine is complete with:
    • 2 paddles with adjustable speed drive with inverter
    • Automatic tilting of the cooking vat to unload the product directly in the hopper of the molding machine.
    • Stretching water discharge valve
    • The parts in contact with the product are Teflon-coated in order to be non-stick.
    • Electric control panel with all the operating controls
