TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • It is indicated to transport the cheese from the LAB 18 melter-stretcher machine to the molding machine

  • The body of the machine is fitted with an electrically- heated jacket to keep the product at the ideal molding temperature
  • 2 augers, counter-rotating and removable (diam. 150 mm) slightly compress the stretched-curd against the extruder tube
  • Connection piping with different lengths to simplify the feeding of the molding machine
  • Augers with adjustable speed by Inverter
  • The parts in contact with the product are Teflon-coated to be non-stick
