Valio USA Launches Four New Finlandia Cheeses Across The U.S.
Valio USA, a subsidiary of Finland-based Valio Ltd., released four cheese offerings designed to elevate charcuterie boards and home snacking under its Finlandia label, according to the Parsippany, N.J.-based company which has been producing cheeses and butters with highest quality natural ingredients for more than a century.
Varieties And Features
The additions consist of two non-GMO spreadable cheeses, which can serve as a topping for sandwiches or crackers, and two hard cheeses with a firm, grainy texture that are each aged for 10 months. Spreadable varieties include original and chanterelle mushroom, along with Forte Aged and Gran Regale Aged hard cheese options.
Finlandia Cheese: A Gourmet Experience
The four indulgent Finlandia cheeses have been crafted to liven up cheese boards, be enjoyed on a sandwich or on crackers as a tasty snack. They include two spreadable cheeses: Finlandia Imported Spreadable Cheese, Original and a new version with Chanterelle Mushrooms.
Estonian Aged Cheese
Hard cheeses aged for 10 months imported from Estonia complete the new offerings, Finlandia Imported Forte Aged Cheese and Finlandia Imported Gran Regale Aged Cheese, both with a firm, grainy texture.

Packaging And Availability
Imported from Finland, Finlandia Spreadable Cheeses are made with non-GMO ingredients and sold in 7-ounce distinctive red tubs. On the aged cheese side, Forte Imported Cheese has a full-bodied flavor and is delicious grated into a classic Cacio e Pepe or risotto. Grand Regale Imported Cheese, pale ivory and milder to the palate, works well for a charcuterie board or shaved over a crisp green salad. The aged cheese is available in 6.35-ounce packages at supermarkets across the Northeast, Midwest and in California markets.
