HART Food Service Shred Lines can Convert 640 lb. Blocks of Cheese into Shredded or Diced Product at a Rate of up to 24,000 lbs/hr
The HART food service line feeds one, two, or three shredders or an affinity dicer at a rate up to 24,000 lbs/hr. The cheese shredding system can be changed over from shredder to dicer in minutes with HARTs roll in / roll out design. Using a divert chute, the system feeds evenly to the cheese shredders or dicers. The system can change the flow to one machine during heavy loads or required maintenance. This allows for minimal chance of damage to the shredders, less downtime, and changeover and maintenance of one shredder while the line continues to run. The modular design allows customers to add on as increased production is needed without requiring expensive line replacement. HART offers its shred line equipment as individual pieces or turnkey lines that can take 640 lb. or 40 lb. blocks off the pallet and will be hands-free through case packing and palletizing. Options including weight-based powder application make this truly a hands-free system.
